Pioneering Practice in Occupational Health Surveillance: Workplace Health Examinations Initiated
Periodic workplace health examinations, planned as a model and pioneering practice in the field of occupational health and safety within our university, have been successfully initiated by our workplace physicians and continue at full speed.
Within the scope of this practice conducted to ensure effective and sustainable health surveillance for our employees;
· Early detection of health risks associated with the job and working conditions,
· Strengthening the preventive approach to the prevention of occupational diseases,
· Regular, systematic, and recorded monitoring of employees' health status
is targeted.
The examinations conducted with great care by our occupational physicians are planned in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and serve as a concrete manifestation of our university's approach that prioritizes employee health.
This pioneering initiative will continue in the coming period, with its scope expanded and participation increasing, within the framework of the established program. The interest and contribution shown by our employees to the process significantly support the establishment of a healthy and safe work culture.
